Fowl Clothing Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fowl Clothing! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review our return policy below to understand how we process returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Original Tags and Packaging: All original tags must still be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.

Please Note: Fowl Clothing reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at help@fowlclothing.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please include the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Prepare the Return Package: Securely package the item(s) with the RA number inside the package, ensuring the item is in its original condition with tags attached.

  4. Ship the Item: Ship the return to the address provided with the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as Fowl Clothing is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Refund Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from when the returned item is received.
  • Refund Amount: You will be refunded for the price of the item(s) returned, excluding original shipping charges.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, we may issue a partial refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at help@fowlclothing.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will offer you a prepaid return label and provide either a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.

7. International Returns

For international customers, the following applies:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please be aware of any customs fees or duties that may apply.
  • Exchanges: Due to international shipping complexities, we do not process direct exchanges for international orders. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.

8. Sale Items

Sale, promotional, and clearance items are subject to different terms. Items marked as “Final Sale” or with a discounted price are generally non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

We came up with this brand while feeling like no one should shrink themselves for others approval. Everyone longs for connection and love is the power that will heal. We must hold ourselves at a higher standard so we can show up as our best self to make the world a better place.

Our home base is located in Utah but for the past year we have been living full time in our RV. Traveling, working and experiencing new things and making memories.
